You will be joining our growing team to help us build a better future for Clinical Research.


To support EasyMedStat’s growth, we are looking for an experienced business developer who is passionate about finding and solving customer problems while delivering against business goals. As a business developer, you will prospect and partner with prospective customers (hospitals, physicians and medical device manufacturers) to clearly define their challenges and offer solutions to meet their needs.

We offer a unique technology that combines a data hub for clinical research, an automated statistical tool, and a publication material tool.

Thanks to EasyMedStat, physicians working in hospitals but also health industry professionals can run easily, securely, and smoothly their clinical studies and so streamline their clinical research activities.

Missions


  • Manage a dynamic and complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, navigating technical/regulatory requirements and various business considerations to successfully close new business.
  • Listen attentively, communicate effectively, and present confidently to find the best fit between prospect needs and EasyMedStat solutions.
  • Identify, qualify and cultivate new leads to continuously develop your sales pipeline.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to define and execute outbound strategies to attract new highly qualified leads.
  • Conduct compelling and engaging product and use case demos to prospective customers.
  • Maintain updated sales records and prospect status using our CRM and other sales tools.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams to define strategies that drive maximum value for prospects, customers, and EasyMedStat.

Requirements


  • Native English speaker or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience selling SaaS solutions
  • A proven track record in the Medical industry - an advantage
  • Ability to manage and navigate multi-stakeholder, long deal cycles 
  • Ability to understand, quantify, and synthesize your prospects' technical needs and challenges and guide them towards the optimal EasyMedStat solution.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a passion for client success, and a relentless focus on achieving goals 
  • A growth mindset that promotes making progress over perfection, uncovering new problems and generating creative solutions, taking accountability for outcomes and a bias towards action
  • Proficiency in sales and collaboration tools, such as Freshworks, Google Workspace (docs, spreadsheets, slides, etc.), Linkedin Sales Navigator or similar tools. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience
