How to remove a patient ?


You can remove a patient from your series, and restore it later


To remove a patient, just go to the Patient Form by clicking on the Edit button in the Patients list, or in any other part of the site (Duplicates, ...).

Then click on the "Delete patient" button (Fig. 1).
A confirmation will be asked to you before effectively removing the patient (Fig. 2). Click on "Yes, remove the patient" to confirm your choice.

Are my data really destroyed ?


No, your data can be restored at any time, because patients are never really deleted, but just "unactivated"


You can find all the patients you have deleted in the "Trash" (More details)
